To provide optimal scheduling for all our clients, all service bookings at New Life Spa require a $20 deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposit Terms:

  • A $20 deposit is required to confirm your service reservation

  • This deposit is applied toward your final service fee at the time of your visit

  • The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

  • The deposit becomes non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment

  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit amount

This balanced policy allows us to maintain our scheduling efficiency while offering flexibility to our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
